Geoff Harris, a resident of Melbourne, Australia, was born around the year 1956. Being bullied as a teenager, he was dropped out of school and is a father of three children now.

Until 1988, he performed the duties of a company’s executive and remained another company’s director till 2008. Geoff Harris is a 68 years old self-made business tycoon. Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the largest travel agencies in the world, the most incredible one in Australia, for sure. Grown to an immeasurable height, Flight Centre is Harris’s first private venture in the sphere of business. Reach is a non-profit organization that enables the youth belonging from underprivileged backgrounds to reach stability in mental health. Geoff Harris backed Reach by acquiring it a house in Collingwood, hence empowering it to achieve its noble goals. Moreover, he has helped the community by renting a mansion, a non-profit organization, to STREATthat educates homeless people to indulge in the hospitality career. Harris also works as an Impact Investor. He invested a sum of $55,000 in helping STREAT start a coffee roasting business. With that, STREAT runs a social enterprise by the name of STREAT Enterprise that generates capital to fulfill social causes. When Hawthorn player Jarryd Roughead was fighting the battle of cancer, he required a large amount for his immunotherapy treatment. He was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his lip in 2015 that reappeared in the following year. Harris contributed to getting Roughead’s treatment done. His own past experiences primarily influence his passion for empowering young people through these organizations. At school, Harris endured intense bullying and considered himself unfit for the environment he studied in. In various interviews, he has revealed how his teenage bullying experience has derived him to gain the amount of success he has today. Harris is determined to devise improved approaches to combat homelessness and has got his son, Brad, involved in it too.
